Hello Jules !

Hi,

I'm Jules Lernon, I'm 24 years old and I've been part of the Ultima team since May 2022 !

Recently announced as workshop manager, Ultima is for me a new challenge, new objectives to achieve and, coming from the motorcycle world, a new world to discover, that of cycling.

I have always said : “No matter what field or job you do, motivation and interest in that job depends a lot on the working atmosphere within the team.”
This sentence takes on its full meaning at Ultima, the team is really nice and motivated.

I think we can be proud to be part of this adventure that is Ultima Mobility,
It's all the more fascinating when you compare Ultima when I first arrived and now,
At first, alone in the workshop, I assembled development or exhibition bikes for the show that took place the next day, I tried new assemblies, to find certain solutions...
The evolution has meant that now apprentices/technicians have joined us, and I pass on all my experience as best I can so that everything goes as smoothly as possible.

The outlook is no longer the same, this development is very motivating and is not expected to stop growing, I am sure of it.
