Yes, provided that the warranty period is still active for your e-bike or frame.
What is the warranty period for the pedals ?
The warranty period for pedals for Ultima electric bikes is 2 years.
How do I register and activate the extended warranty for my accessories ?
You can do this directly online with the ULTIMA warranty app. However, you will need to use an e-bike subscription and I'm afraid we don't offer warranty on accessories.
Can I change retailers or do I have to return to my usual retailer ?
You are free to choose the reseller that suits you best.
How can I verify the authenticity of the e-bike or frame ?
By checking that it has been registered with its unique bicycle code (Bicy-code).
Do you plan to offer an extended warranty ?
